A half sheet pan with an oven-safe nonstick grid is great when you want one setup to handle baking, oven crisping and cooling. Use the grid in the pan to lift foods while they cook, then use the pan by itself for everyday baking and the grid by itself for cooling.
You get a Nordic Ware Naturals half sheet pan plus a custom nesting oven-safe nonstick grid. They are designed to work together, but you can also use each piece on its own.
Set the oven-safe nonstick grid inside the half sheet pan, then place your food on top of the grid. The elevated position is designed for crisping while the pan underneath helps contain drips and keep your oven cleaner.
Yes, the grid can be used separately as a cooling surface. It is a simple way to move cookies, bars or pastries off the hot pan so they cool without sitting directly on the baking sheet.
This is a smart pick for home bakers who want a reliable half sheet for everyday batches, plus a grid that expands what the pan can do. It is also handy for busy cooks who like to roast and crisp on one pan, then cool or stage baked goods without grabbing extra tools.
