Nordic Ware Double Burner Ceramic Nonstick High-Sided Griddle, 18"x11"

A ceramic nonstick griddle is ideal for cooking larger batches with easy release, especially breakfast favorites like pancakes, French toast, eggs and bacon. The extra-wide surface also works well for grilled cheese, searing sausages and cooking vegetables when you want room to spread out.

High side walls help keep grease and splatter more contained, which is especially useful with foods like bacon. They also give you a helpful edge for nudging a spatula under slippery items like eggs or sausages.

Yes, the ceramic nonstick griddle is oven safe, which is convenient for keeping cooked food warm after you finish on the stovetop. The cast handles are made to be easy to grip with oven mitts when moving the pan in and out.

Heavy aluminum is valued for even heating, which helps you get more consistent browning across a large griddle surface. It is a solid choice for foods like pancakes and hash browns where steady heat makes a difference.

For best results, follow Nordic Ware’s care instructions for the ceramic nonstick coating. In general, using nonabrasive tools and cleaners can help keep the surface performing well over time.
