I have concern about the stainless steel exterior being 18/0. I think that makes it more prone to scratches and corrosion than either 18/8 or 18/10. Is there anyone who has had this cookware and used often for many years that would provide their feedback? I would very much appreciate any insight from current Cristal Strate owners.
