Ankarsrum Pasta Roller & Cutter Attachment Bundle

The pasta roller and cutter attachment bundle is designed for use with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original. If you have a different Ankarsrum model, confirm compatibility before purchasing.

The pasta roller and cutter attachment bundle includes a pasta roller attachment and a pasta cutter attachment for turning rolled sheets into cut pasta. It’s made to expand what your Assistent Original can do, from rolling to cutting, with coordinated accessories.

The pasta roller and cutter attachment bundle is best for cooks who want to make fresh pasta more often without relying on hand-cranking tools. It helps you build a repeatable process for pasta nights, from rolling dough to cutting noodles for quick cooking.

With the pasta roller and cutter attachments, you can roll pasta dough into sheets and cut it into noodles for cooking. Rolled sheets are also useful as a starting point for filled or layered pasta dishes, depending on your recipe and technique.

The pasta roller and cutter attachments are made in Italy by Marcato, a company with more than 80 years of pasta-making experience. They are designed to pair with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original, which has been made in Sweden since 1940.

For best results, follow the care and cleaning instructions included with the pasta roller and cutter attachments. Cleaning soon after use helps keep bits of dough from drying on, which makes cleanup easier.
