Beet Juice & KombuchaBy Aysegul SanfordIngredients 3-4 medium sized red beets, rinsed ½ cup kombucha ProcedurePlace beets in a small saucepan and add water to cover. Boil beets until they are fully cooked. Peel and juice in a juicer. Pour into a glass and top it off with kombucha.
